Refunds

If customer receives incorrect item (Photo Proof MUST be provided by email), customer is entitled to FULL REFUND once return of incorrect item is initiated.  4CFlyy will pay for return shipping.

If customer decides to return item for reasons other than above, customer is entitled to FULL REFUND once 4CFlyy receives returned item. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. If product is returned in an unacceptable condition (damaged, leaked, or spilled) or lost during return shipping, NO refund will be issued.

If customer wishes to cancel order AFTER product has been shipped, a full refund will be issued only if item is returned in ACCEPTABLE condition. If product is returned in an unacceptable condition (damaged, leaked, or spilled) or lost during return shipping, NO refund will be issued

Customer is entitled to a full refund if they wish to cancel order BEFORE product has been shipped.

Customer is entitled to full refund at anytime if 4CFlyy is found at fault.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at flyyingnhc@gmail.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Customer may be entitled to a full/ partial refund if product arrives damaged, spilled, or leaked. (Photo Proof MUST be provided by email). This is left to the discretion of 4CFlyy on a case by case basis to determine whether carrier or 4CFlyy is at fault.

Customer is NOT entitled to a full refund if items arrive melted due to disclaimer stated in product description. (Melted products are not common, but can occur in warm environments.)


All customers will be provided a tracking number with their purchased orders. It will be sent via email, to the EMAIL USED on the order.

We ship our products with USPS. On average it takes 2-5 business days for our products to arrive within the USA with first class shipping.


4CFlyy is NOT responsible for stolen or missing items/packages. Customer should file a claim with carrier. Customer is advised to contact carrier for shipment and delivery issues BEFORE contacting customer service. 4CFlyy will work with customer on a case by case basis to determine if a refund (full or partial) is applicable.
